I just got a similar lease on a Kia K5 GT-Line with the Premium package. In today’s market, it’s not a bad deal. You might want to check out the GT-Line vs LXS as they are similar in price. I am really happy with the GT-Line.
My MSRP was $28,500 and I am paying $277 including tax with $2000 down. In today’s market, not terrible. Would definitely recommend the 2021 K5

Wow, market is tough indeed. With those numbers, could consider buying it and then you’d have the ability to sell it at some point if the used market stays pretty strong. Since I don’t believe Kia/Hyundai allow lease transfers or 3rd party buyouts (could be wrong in this), you’d be stuck with a fairly high monthly payment for a $23k car for 3 years.
No lease transfers, but they still allow buy outs, at least for the time being
