Been keeping up with this site for about 3 years now and have to say huge thank you to this community.
Wouldn’t call this deal a Unicorn by any means, but have had some great luck negotiating in FL last 3 years with some really aggressive offers without Brokers.
Of course with everything going on I hopped on the wagon of Selling my 2020 Camry XSE to carmax- Got $2,500 check cut back to me, and Got into this Touring Hybrid. Drive a lot for work so Hybrid made sense to me. Not worried about the miles because I typically trade out 24 months in without roll over any negative equity due to only leasing high residual valued cars.
I’m sure some may say “you could have gotten into a 3 series or TLX for same price ”. Had an offer at $335 on a TLX Base… But personally like the space in Accord, Gas savings and no luxury car is offering same features for this money (heads up display, ventilated seats, apple car play wireless etc). It’s subjective but my personal preference.
Anyway figured I’d share cause some of you guys who post here consistently really educate others and just gotta say it’s appreciated on this end (especially in FL) and Thanks
Title: Be as specific as possible in the title if you are posting a deal – include car model, monthly payment, and money down.
Tags: make (e.g. toyota, bmw)(required) and region (e.g. ny, ca, ca-socal, usa-nationwide)
Post: Include as much information about your deal as possible to make it a helpful reference for others, and even a celebratory picture.
Insane insane deal, this is the lowest I have seen this car leased at. I’ve called numerous dealerships and the lowest I got on a 36/10 was a hair under $500 with money out of pocket. Every other dealership wants $550-$600 A MONTH. Insane. I have equity in my car and was hoping to get a lease just under 400 and put the equity I received on my car to bring that payment down to $275-$300 but no one wants to even discount this ride since there aren’t many available.
Wow, well done. That’s a huge discount off MSRP for a Touring. And the RV and MF are amazing. I don’t think I’ve seen one of these lease for under $400 in a while. Enjoy!
Thanks! Yea many in Orlando area did not want to budge under $450 for several reasons. Mainly due to area being overly populated so a lot of traffic and people just pull the trigger without doing research… For me personally I found it works better if you negotiate with dealers just outside of heavily populated areas. This one was 20 min North of Orlando and they delivered the car.
I’m going to present these numbers with that discount to my dealerships in my area and see what happens. Thats an incredible price. I have so much equity in my car that if I can get a dealership to come down to $400 a month plus my equity I could walk away paying under $300 a month for this touring hybrid
I wasn’t sure where to include first on calculator? If I uncheck $0 DAS it gives me option to add down payment, or pay dealer fees up front, etc. The more I checked/unchecked the more the payment came out different then mine. Any suggestions?
I made sure to include I did put first pay at “DAS” in my post. But as far as calculator goes I couldn’t get that to add up. As far as any add ons- they took off the add on package (doesn’t show on contract- wheel locks. tint. mud flaps. etc)… But a $799 destination fee does appear separate on contract.
However, I can’t ignore this . You have reached out to me on almost every brand that I have listed on the market place with the most recent one from a few days back, straight up asking me for a detailed breakdown of pricing with $ 0 das . Brokers do help and contribute to this forum in one way or another bud, regardless if you do business with us or not. That contribution comes in the form of market place posts, excel sheets and multiple conversations between both parties educating on programs and deal.
Again, great deal and very well done. Enjoy in best of health !
Thanks Mani! Ha yea I was torn between TLX/Accord when I reached out to you about those 2 Brands … When I said “without” brokers I meant I was able to attain great deals in FL without using a broker/having a broker pre negotiate the deal on my end, based on the information I obtained through this forum.
If you look at beginning of my post and end, certainly thank’d this community here for “educating” us. That was my point is all.
You sales price is shown as $32483.67, but the dealer is also contributing $327.69 to the due at sale.
There is no $1000 incentive shown on your contract. Presumably, they’ve rolled it into your sales price.
I’ve adjusted the selling price to reflect the listed agreed on value, with the $1000 incentive separated out and the dealer contribution put back in, making your actual selling price $33155
Thanks. Maybe I’m missing an obvious- but how did you get to show $385 at signing?
And yea I was looking for the incentive as well, didn’t see it either but since payment came out to what I had on calculator before I negotiated deal I didn’t question it. I figured they manipulated it another way to make it look better in there end.
If you click the button to capitalize taxes, and deselect paying any of the fees up front, it’ll generate the numbers with only first month payment DAS:
