Has anyone been able to secure the 24 months $179/ month with $0 down deal posted on Edmunds? I’ve reached out to a few dealers regarding it and I either get no response or they tell me they have nothing in stock for that price. And if any lease brokers on here can match or beat this deal please message me.

You’re probably better off asking Edmunds where that came from. Doesn’t sound legit.
Ads are useless 97% of the time. And they are always useless without knowing the fine print. Bet there are a ton of taxes and fees that are due in the fine print.
Did you check their inventories for a sub $35,000 MSRP Acadia?
Yes, on TrueCar there’s a ton for $34,795 or less which the deal specifies. That would be an SLE with FWD.
And the fine print?
Where do you see a ton? I just did a quick search and only see 3 in NJ with an MSRP of $34795.
I’d reverse engineer the deal to see what the numbers come out to on it.
I can’t get to the same screen on TrueCar, it was before I submitted the inquiry, but with TrueCar pricing there was a lot more than 3. If I can get to it again I’ll send another screenshot.
The deal is on a car with an MSRP of $34795, not on cars listed with Truecar pricing at or below $34795.
It was an error on Edmunds part, emailed them and they just changed it.
36 month term is better. This is a rough estimate at a 10% discount based on my NJ zip code that qualifies for the $3000 CCR incentive and $1,500 for loyalty or conquest. 24 months would be about 40 a month higher.
