Here is a data point (pretty bad lol) for this lease, just wanted to hear some thoughts as this is a relatively new vehicle.
MSRP: $26350
Rebate: $250 lease cash
Pre-tax after rebate/discount: $24315.82
Money Factor: .00123
Residual: 60%
Monthly Payment: $360
DAS: $360
Term: 36Mo/10K
Is that buy rate or what the dealer is charging for mf or both?

The MF/Residual was taken from edmunds
Have you verified if the dealer is charging buy rate?

Is there a way to find that in the finance docu?
You can back calculate it from the rent charge. The equation is in the leasing101 articles.

Was able to calculate! Learning yay~ ^^
1890.39/36= 52.51083
52.51083/(26879.61+15810)
MF: .00123
Looks like they are using the correct .00123 MF and 60% residual
