Very nice car! Not sure why you would be asking for the $350 disposition fee as “cash due” - whoever takes over the car will have to pay the disposition fee to BMW FS upon lease return. No reason for them to pay you that to take over the car.
Also, are you offering to pay someone $1500 as an incentive to take this over or are you asking for someone to pay you $1500 as a down payment to take it over? If it’s the former, then you have the amount listed in the right place. If it’s the latter, you need to put that in the “Cash due” section instead of the $350 disposition fee.
