It seems they put 7 MSD. But according to the calculator, the MSD payment should be 5250 instead of 6312.27.

.00047 is the MF after the MSDs are applied, not before as you have them entered in the calculator
Fix your MF to 0.00082. What’s the tax rate of the registration address?
MSD’s are still $5250. $6312 is MSDs your first month and fees.
D1,2,3 are different DAS options
Additional cap items are probably fees and such that are being capitalized.

Oh I see. 0.00047 is after-MSD.
0.00047 is the MF after the MSDs are applied. .00082 is buy rate, before they’re applied. In the calculator, you input the base mf rate, then select how many MSDs are being applied and it auto adjusts the post-msds mf accordingly. By inputting .00047, it is adjusting to .00002 after MSDs.

Finance rebate won’t be applicable to a lease. If you have loyalty you need to add another $1000 in the incentives section.
