Hi, Is it still aviliable? For out-state takeover, will the tax apply again or not?

It is still available. I think it depends on the state. In Ohio, tax is paid upfront on the entire lease payment. I rolled this into my monthly payment. What state are you in?

So you are taking the hit everytime you up the incentive, rather let someone offer you something first

Not really sure what you mean. As time goes on the value I place on the vehicle changes. Also, there are certain buyers who may not reach out for a vehicle that is in a certain payment range. Lowering the effective payment increases the number of interested buyers.
