2021 BMW X1 - good deal?

State: MA

2021 BMW X1 with Premium Package
MSRP: $43,395
Eligible for corporate discount of $500

Current deal I have is $449/mo including taxes and 2K down (including first mo. payment).

I don’t have the full breakdown but this is the closest I could get to in the calculator: CALCULATOR | LEASEHACKR

Thoughts?

Not a good deal

Unfortunately they wouldn’t go any lower. This was better than the best quote from a broker. I also reached out to other dealers and nobody even came close (best offer was 525/mo).

Most cars do not lease well. This is truer now than it has ever been.

So unless you are willing to push this boulder uphill, you need to look at other makes/models that lease better and offer more value per dollar.

Check out the “Share a Deal” and “Marketplace” sections of LH forums to see what’s leasing well and narrow down your search.

Northern Calif.
2021 BMW x1 xdrive
MSRP:$41,900
Discount: $6812 loaner car
Additional $1000
Monthly is $450 including taxes and fees.
$1200 down including 1st months
And additional $50 a month for lease protection. So about $500 a month.

Good deal? think a little high but due to the market now. It seems alot of cars are being marked up.

16.25% discount right now seems very good

Adding $1800 for lease protection seems excessive, though. You’d have to be really rough on the car to use that up.

Sign up for FoundersCard. You’ll get $3K off whatever cap cost you’ve negotiated with dealer. But make sure you don’t mention it until after you’ve negotiated the best offer so they don’t try to say they included it.

Does the calculator confirm that monthly? DIscount is good, but I’m wondering if the dealer is padding somewhere.

wait … what? FoundersCard is offering $3k incentive on BMWs? How have I not heard of this?

because it’s not true

it’s the same as fleet code

As @nextlevelautobrokers put it, it qualifies you for BMW Fleet, which indeed UP to $3000 on lease or finance.

I’m not sure what you’re saying - $3K discount is a $3K discount whether it’s a CSP program or not. While it can’t be combined with other incentives, that doesn’t mean you can’t negotiate the cap cost of the car, does it? Or am I missing something here? Thx

Ok, got it now. Missed the “up to” part…

The leasehackr calculator stated 8.2 rating and $399 a month. I tried to haggle but couldn’t budge the amount. I should of stopped but I figure some other dealership I went to were asking MSRP due to shortage of cars.
