I am still trying to learn and research on how to get the best leasing deals. I would like to know does anyone know what would be a good monthly payment on a lease for a 2021 BMW M850i about 113k MSRP? Also what is the average on these vehicles or more the expected amount? To add more context I saw one at a dealership and would like to get a potential deal for about 2 or 3 years with 15k miles per year if possible and the dealership stated they can try to make it happen but would like to know what I would like to stay around monthly. I would like to know what is a realistic number to give them?
Right I did that search but most of those deals are 10k miles but higher MSRP, how would I deduce the difference or would the increase in mileage offset the difference in MSRP?
I’ve done a grand total of one lease in my entire life.
There was a learning curve, but with recent comps, the RV/MF and incentives from Edmunds, and some dexterity with a calculator, you’re in full self-service mode… which is quite liberating.
You’re asking about a 6-figure (to start) MSRP car, whose lease has all the same mathematical elements of every other lease.
You can look at other deals here for comparison, but when they got them, market conditions and incentives, will vary more for you than anything else.
You understand those existing leases by understanding and breaking down the math. Just applying a residual bump to a deal from May (for instance) won’t tell you what your payment will be in October.
Because you’re the 1 millionth person to say “I’m trying to learn” without showing any indication you’ve read any of the basics such as “How to Calculate Your Lease Payments” and “Leasing 101”
