want to lease a.bmw 2021 430i, 3459mile, so is pre-owned. Dealer price $49630.$6000 and $450 a month 12000miles.is this a good deal, seems dealer can not lower anymore. I thought down pay too much, but comparew what is on BMW website, it is much better? so confused.
Is it pre-owned or a demo/loaner?
It’s impossible for us to tell you anything about this deal as we don’t know any of the relevant details like MSRP, pre-incentive discount, incentives, MF, etc.
Loaner?

Having a pulse will get you to beat the advertised deal so that alone isn’t a good target
Your down payment is pretty high. You should ignore what is posted on the dealer site as there are a plethora of additional fees added on. Focus on getting a discount off the MSRP check the forum to see what others are getting.
The discount seems pretty small, especially for what i am assuming was a loaner. And the downpayment is also very large.
You got just 6% discount. For lonaer it should be at least 10% accounting current inventory and seller market… Check marketplace here . I have seen New 5 series units discounted 10-11%.
Thank you.
Thank you. for your response

I wouldn’t pay more than 2k down.
Probably not a lot of 4 series loaners out there but still, you should be able to better.
