Been working on this deal for a few days with a good friend of mine. Went with him to the dealership last night. This is a Texas deal, no tax credits, no MSDs. He wanted 12k miles. Straight dealer discount, dealing with the sales manager directly. Not too bad!

I was highly considering getting one for myself also at that point, because I would probably have done 10k miles instead and with registering the car in Ohio with tax only applying to the leased portion of it instead of the entire purchase price like TX, I figured to be in the mid to high $4’s on the same car. I hope I don’t end up regretting not getting one also!
Yeah it’s definitely a super solid deal. I tried to get them to take off the dealer add-ons but they said no, that would have brought the payment down closer to $500/mo sign and drive without any MSDs (on a 72k+ car) and TX tax…they were completely out of tax credits so everything was just dealer discount and incentives, with buy rate money factor
