Anyone familiar with when Acura generally releases the next years models and how long until they are available to be leased? I’m looking for general time period such as the month and/or quarter that they are to release this info. I saw that they released the 2020 TLX’s in 2019 Q2, however, I’m curious if the new body will push out the release date. Any info is helpful, thanks.
The new design MY21 production model is likely to debut at NYIAS. It will probably go on sale mid-Q2, but potentially late Q2 (they’re simultaneously launching the MY21 MDX which is the more profitable, higher volume, more important one and could get preference).
Sounds like you’re thinking the MY21 is a carryover and MY22 is the new one? All indications are that the new body is MY21, FYI. Though you never know given the state of automotive right now.
If you’re looking to lease and get deal, you’re better off seeking out a killer deal on a MY20 in mid-to-late March 2020 as that’s the end of Honda’ fiscal year.
