Looking for some advice.
I do qualify for loyalty as I currently lease an accord.
Haven’t got a response from edmunds to verify MF and RV.
MSRP - $47,775.00
Selling Price - $44,000.75
Conquest Downpayment - $2,500 rebate
Rate - .00087
Residual - $29,142
$499.18 per month
$0 DAS
I think this is halfway decent for a brand new model, any insights? Thanks.
How does it compare to the TLX’s posted in the marketplace?

This would give you conquest, not loyalty, but I believe its the same amount.
I’ve tried to find some posted deals on the 21 model and have found VERY little to no information.

Where are you located? Not that the Acura offers are regional, but the level of dealer discounting does vary by state/region.
North Dakota - 58201. Dealer is out of the Minneapolis MN metro area though, but taxes are for my zip code.
Do not see 21 a spec with AWD. Usually only base models. Thanks for the input.
You don’t need to find the exact trim, you can compare the selling price discounts.

The first result from chrishs’s screen grab has TLX A-Spec AWD. Click into the links and review them.

Based on your thread yesterday, I suggest taking a step back.
You cannot just choose a car and try to figure out how to make it lease better.
The truth is: Most cars do not lease well. This is truer now than it has ever been.
So unless you are willing to push this boulder uphill, you need to look at other makes/models that lease better and offer more value per dollar.
Check out the “Share a Deal” and “Marketplace” sections of LH forums to see what’s leasing well and narrow down your search.
