2021 A35 AMG Lease

Hello all, just wanted to see if anyone had thoughts or had feedback regarding a recent quote that I received for a 2021 A35 AMG lease in NorCal.

MSRP: $50K
Sales Price: $44K
Residual: 56%
MF: 0.00024
MSD: 10 (worth $6,500)
Lease: 36 mo, 10K miles/year
$0 down
Monthly: $585~ tax included

No incentives. Would love to hear your guys’ thoughts/feedback!

We need to know the discount you are getting from msrp and also if there is any incentives available.

Thanks just added that into the details - sales price is roughly $47K on my estimation, no incentives!

Is the 1700 cap cost reduction? What’s your true due at signing? Is the DAS 7700?

An exact selling price from the dealership is recommended, don’t try to reverse engineer their numbers.

Good usage of MSDs, but what are you basing on a target of 530 and lower? Is that just an arbitrary budget you have in your mind that you want to be under and are just trying to fit a car you like into it? How did you determine 530 or lower a month is possible on this specific car and trim?

Strictly my view----

There are better cars for less $, but that is just my subjective opinion. $600+ effective for this car is out of its range IMO.

Most cars do not lease well. This is truer now than it has ever been.

So unless you are willing to push this boulder uphill, you need to look at other makes/models that lease better and offer more value per dollar.

Check out the “Share a Deal” and “Marketplace” sections of LH forums to see what’s leasing well and narrow down your search.

Thanks for the feedback! I will try to ask for the actual selling price - DAS would be $7700 yeah.

530 is closer to what I’m calculating through the lease calculator

just for reference, I do not know all the money factors and details but I just got my CLA35 MSRP$ 52k and I paid 2k down and im flat $580 tax included (CA). 36/10K

$2000 down or $2000 due at sign? If you didn’t qualify for any additional incentives your deal looks better.

You have to really love this car to spend $585/mo on it. Especially considering how much higher that is vs alternatives like M235i or vehicles a segment higher like S4 or M340i.
