I got this car in the beginning of April. I was going to build it since I wanted the Bernina Grey and couldn’t find one but I got extremely lucky with finding one on the lot. They said it was a Loaner and had 3500 miles on it but it was sold to me as a new car since loaners need to have 4k plus.

I would have pushed for a deeper discount considering the mileage, but beautiful car nonetheless.
Enjoy!

Your calculator is off if it doesn’t include the mileage right? Or did you change the mf to account for that?
Edited: wait I just saw that it was sold as new. That’s a little strange to me but I guess that’s how bmw rolls now.

Lol I actually just moved here and they are building more… my neighbor has a m4 comp and they have covered flat tires for him… hopefully I avoid that though! Will upload some more pictures later!
I should of asked for more but tbh This is before I heard of this website and never really knew anything about leasing. I thought 9% was a decent enough discount. I doubt they would of came down more since they are a high volume dealer.
When I went over the paperwork where it said - new/used/demo it is marked as new… also pretty sure cars need to have 4k plus for bmw to consider them a demo.
Does that mean your complementary maintenance goes until 39k miles?
I believe so… but I will double check!
