I would negotiate on something thatâs in stock, $800 a month on a car with what? p2 package and thats it? I find it hard to stomach $800 on an x5 with no full premium pack, no exec pack and no massaging seats but hey thatâs me I guess.
I think you can do better but to each their own, and honestly +1 to the x7 comment, at $800 youâre better off just reaching another 10% a month and trying to snag an x7 thatâs been on the lot(all x7s have 3 rows)
I completely agree with ya. X7 are still hot currently and I doubt Iâll even get close to 10% off MSRP. X5 with a 3rd in stock is a dime and a dozen currently for both 2019 and 2020. Rates dropped for September, but residual is garbage. Cheapest X7 around are $76K. No way I can even get payments in the 8 hundreds, just doesnât work mathematically.
hot? I would disagree, see my statement about 10%, more like $900-950 on a steal but you will get more room and more car in an x7 than a basically stripped x5 that you have to order, honestly going after a lot car is better imo.
Thatâs not what a âdime a dozenâ means. It means something very common/plentiful, which is the opposite of what you are trying to say.
Edmunds shows 3 2019 X5s with the third row available. Cargurus and Iseecars donât seem to have the 3rd row option as a filter.

adk. Thank you for the extended search. All of these X5 have an MSRP greater than $70K. Even if I were to get 12% off MSRP (which currently I havenât seen anyone get) with the same MF and 57% residual. I would be around $820 per month and Iâll have to pay to transport it to FL.
The middle one is in NJ - straight shot down I-95 and has been on the lot for more than 4 months already. Itâs almost October so the NY/NJ snowbirds are about to head down in the next month or 2. Maybe you could get a break on shipping?

@rxjhua just do your research and take your time, I guarantee you will find a car at a lower monthly and/or better packages than what the dealer offered on an ordered car. Best of luck!

Can anyone confirm âCognac Vernasca Leatherâ is not available for custom order on an X5 with a 3rd row. Dealer is now trying to up charge me for another color $1450?
Cognac has been discontinued for 2020 X5 models 
Any idea what the default interior is when choosing 3rd row as an add on?
