There’s no point in dissecting this deal for the purposes of negotiating with this dealer.
No one who wants $500 with $4,000 DAS for a stripper XC90 is ever going to give you a good deal.

I spoke to another dealer.
$4k DAS (including first month’s payment)
$450/month
36 months with 12k miles/year.
A few more options with Navigation System, Booster and 20" wheels/All-Season.
In sum, a savings of $1600 and a few more options.
Not sure how else I can negotiate on these deals…any ideas? Thank you.
Maybe you should read the articles on here instead of blindly approaching dealers.

Start by reading the leasing 101 section to get a much stronger idea of how good lease deals are structured. Then, do extensive research into comparable volvo deals so you know where they should be pricing and what to focus on.
