Not really sure what your question is. Do you want to put in the work to DIY this with some help from the forum, or do you want a broker who will do the work for you?
If you call a dealer and ask them for a quote, they are going to give you the numbers that you want.
If you are trying to get a Tiguan anywhere close to your target, I would suggest reading the Leasing 101 articles to figure out what actually goes into getting a good deal.
