2020 Toyota Tundra -- Lease Return or Buyout

Friends … need some advice. My 2020 Toyota Tundra US Bank lease is up next week. My ultimate goal is to get a 7 seater SUV but all the cars are ridiculously priced. My budget is around $40k.

I am considering my options -

  1. Buy - Buyout Value is 41,400 and sell it in few months and sell in a few months. (I think I can break even)

  2. Return the vehicle and find a used 7 seater SUV around $40k.

Is it worth going to the lease buyout hassle with USBank or just return the vehicle?
