Lease is going to be $1200+ IF you can find a deal. A lot have been over MSRP
Found one for $87,825. That is a purchase price though. Not sure they will give me that for a lease.,figure it can’t hurt to ask.
That would be a good deal. Customers are calling in offering 10K over msrp in CA.

I just received an email from the dealer. They say the residual value is $ 52,492. Does this sound right? They say I’d have to come in to get the taxes and lending rate.
Residual sounds right. There is no reason for someone to lie about residual. MF is going to be Toyota standard rate. There won’t be a special rate for LC
They are only lying about you having to come in to get the numbers. Tell them you’re a serious buyer but will only come in once terms are agreed upon, and you’ll do the credit app online to speed things up.
Why don’t you come back with complete information instead of this piecemeal?
