I hope you enjoy it makes me want to lease a Tacoma at 12k/24 for this type of payment.

Wow that’s amazing! You did this without a broker?

No broker.

Wow I have no idea how you are bearing broker rates

What is the 1500 incentive? I was told that a 1500 rebate was only for buying.

You can use purchase rebates when you go through 3rd party lease banks or use standard rates through the captive

Yea US bank is the way to go if you care about residual. You got a smoking deal congrats. I just agreed to 2020 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab TRD offroad, V6 39 months, 6 speed (manual baby). For $235.00 a month, $235 DAS. Residual is about $25600, or .69. I really don’t plan on buying it but who knows. I also had $1700 of equity in a 2011 highlander we traded in. So i didn’t do nearly as well as you did, probably term length.

@delacruztaylor what was the original MSRP and what price did the dealer give you off the MSRP ($ off or % off)? helps us people lookin!

It’s in the lleasehackr calculator link.

I noticed the calculator link doesn’t include Gov/dealer fees. Did your dealer not have a fee? My local dealer has a $1000 fee, makes a big difference on a 24 month lease

Dealer had 0 fees.

Do you mind saying where you got this deal? I’m in Colorado as well.

Mountain States Denver

I don’t even know how you all negotiate these prices. I called this place and they were quoting over 380 a month for an sr5. How would one go about trying to replicate this deal?

If you want the lowest price lease try a SR 4x4 Dbl Cab with an MSRP of about $33,700.
Start by asking for;
-.0110 MF
-81% residual
-11.4% Dealer discount
-Applicable rebates

Once the dust settles on this the lease will be about $115 per month for 24 months with 10,000 miles per year $300 down plus tax and registration.
