I’ve receive a lease offer from my local dealership and I am looking to see if anyone agrees with their offer.
MSRP/Retail: $34,214
Selling price 30,650
MF: .00145 (36/12k)
no incentive
Adjusted cap cost $31,233.42
DAS: 725
Monthly payment $420
RS: 59%
Tax Rate is 6%
Docs fees are about $300
The MF is for a 36/12K looking to get 15K, consider this as rough numbers.

Looks like you’re about 10.5% off which is respectable. Post on edmunds to double check the residual and mf for your zip code
Mileage changes residual not the MF. Probably 2-3% less for 12–>15 but ask edmunds to confirm.

For a WRX this doesn’t look bad but confirm that stuff with Edmunds

@jeisensc After comparing the calculator and the breakdown, they look pretty similar to similar to each other. I think they are quoting me 12k a year for the miles.
If you want 15 then quote 15k. I had a 36m/15k lease on my WRX.
not sure if you already got the car, but for my STI I managed to get $468+tax, but 39/10 with just first month das and nothing else. MSRP was 36,9
Could’ve gotten a little lower but got as worst tier as well (not sure why because I was at 710 score then)
MF was something like .000225 and RS 55%
however, this was not my first dealership I visited, I started at $630/month with $2500 down… spent about 3 months calling every dealership until I got the right deal… They won’t bulge much pricing as the STI model doesn’t sit for long on the inventory. For the WRX i think you can do 400 with tax included if you call around.
Can some one lead me in the right direction?
