2020 Subaru Outback, 2.5l Premium, Package 15

I have this written offer, and 1 other dealer who has agreed verbally to beat this selling price and get me to an even $29k. I believe the ~$29K selling price is OK for Premium + Package 15, but the DAS and monthly payment seems off, and does not agree with the LH Calc.

Also, I am looking to lease 2 of the identically configured cars - just different colors. Should I have any additional leverage or things to push on because of that? Thanks!

MSRP: $ 33,678
Selling price: $ 29,191
Money factor: 0.0006
Residual: $ 19,533.24 (58%)
Taxes: $ 1,162.93(10% Seattle,WA)
36 months/10k
$2,500 down,
$150 Doc Fee
$601 Govt Fee
$595 Acq Fee
Monthly from Dealer: $ 305.82
Monthly from LH Calc: $268

The numbers add up fine. You’re calculator has $2500 down payment plugged in, not $2500 due at sale. Due at sale on your calculator is almost $3800

Does your dealer do MSDs? If so, I’d look into that. I’d also let both dealers know that you wanna get 2 cars and to get the selling price under $29k for both vehicles. Also, $2.5k down, is that taxes and fees?

No MSDs on Subarus

@mllcb42 forgot about that. Thanks for correcting me… think its a good time to sleep haha.

Got it - thank you. My bad for missing that.

What are your thoughts on the $3800 DAS x 2 cars? Any recommendations on better ways to get a deal done that is beneficial for both sides?

The $3800 due at sale isn’t real. That’s just why your calculator is showing a lower monthly payment than the dealer’s numbers.

I’d suggest doing $0 das on both. Yah, it’ll raise the monthly, but your total out of pocket costs won’t be much different.
