How can I do better?

What state are you in? You should ask the dealer about the Money Factor and also post here to get the base rate from Lexus:

You shouldn’t put any cash down on the least…just fees and 1st month due at signing…looks like that should be less than the $2,000 currently due at signing.

I assume the 2k is first month + acquisition + title/doc/reg ? If so, I think it’s a solid deal.

Yes, MF and Res are confirmed.

I’m in CA

$2k is towards inception mostly, but here is the break down:

Net Cap Cost Reduction: $2,186
Inception Fees: $1,313
Taxed cash down: $686.74

$2,000 total due at signing. So, that includes all fees.

Can you put everything into the leasehackr link? Based on what you provided it looks solid but want to make sure I’m interpreting everything correctly.

CA title fee $12
Dealer Administrative Charge $85
Electronic Filing Fee $30
License Fee $333.0
Tire Fee $8.75
Transfer Fee $51
Acquisition Fee $795
CHP Fee $26
CA TIF $150
First Payment $533.04

Grand Total DAS: $2023.79

So, they’re showing $1490 in fees + 1st month. Does that seem normal for CA?

Is this for a 27/10 term? If so, I think this is a solid deal

If you are not needing a L, you should look into the Fsport performance at 61k, assuming you can get similar discounting. Your monthly will come out lower because of higher RV.

non performance will be even higher (+2 pts on residual)

Here is the link: I couldn’t get everything to match up exactly, but here’s a good attempt:

Below, I’m also attaching the lease breakdown, looks like they’re adding $880 fee after discounting the car, so maybe that’s why the numbers are off slightly.

Where can we do better?

What is that 2,000 customer cash paid?

I’m assuming thats the $2000 due at signing. It shows cap cost reduction of $2,186.74.

Can the $1500 rebate be used towards cap cost reduction? If so, looks like they’re using part of that plus my $2k?

Yeah so based on what I’m seeing there, it looks like 1,500 is the lease cash rebate than it has you putting down 2K down payment less the tax+dealer fee+title/doc

and the 880 fee is probably 795 acq fee + 85 admin fees

You need to have them clarify on the 2k because if it is indeed downpayment, you do not want that.

It’s $2000 total

Inceptions plus net cap are $3500

2000 cash from customer and $1500 rebate

Easy peasy :lemon: squeezy

Hehe, I’m over complicating things for no reason :frowning: Long day hah

You hackrs tend to do that haha

So, do u think it’s a good deal for me? would you move ahead with this deal as it stands?

For SOCAL that is about right. My GS350 F sport MRSP was a bit more and after deep discounts my monthly was about $560 after taxes (with zero down and zero drive offs and 15K miles a year).
