2020 RAM 1500 Laramie HELP PLEASE -Thoughts on this deal? & Not sure why my numbers dont add up on Calc

2020 RAM LARAMIE 4X4 CREW CAB LOADED 12 inch & Pano

Looking for some help understanding this deal. I saw the residual on another most for RAMS @ .56. The dealer screwed up on this sheet and added an acquisition fee. He said to remove it and that would bring payment to $659.

Seems like a decent deal from what I’ve seen but feel like I should be able to get this below $600

MSRP: $ 62,830
Monthly Payment: $659 (After removing the acquisition Fee)
Drive-Off Amount: $659
Months: 36
Annual Mileage: 15k
MF: .00024
Residual: .53%
Incentives: $4250
Region: KY (South East?)

NOT getting any love on this post! EDMUNDS MF/RV are dead on. Suggestions on how to lower Sale Price?

I would start with negotiating more of a discount off of MSRP and I would check on true car to see what typical sales prices are.

Your calculator doesn’t match because your DAS is different. Start by making that match the deal sheet.

Drive off is first months payment. Do I leave the fees blank? That’s the only way I can get DAS not to be fees + first payment.

No. Read the calculator FAQ. It goes through this step by step.

Am I crazy, or did you only get $80 off MSRP before rebates?

Maybe I’m wrong but I thought it was

MSRP - 62830
Discount -4330
Rebates -4250
Price w/o fees 54,250

Thanks I’ll check it out and update

Definitely check out to see what type of discount your getting pre incentive/rebates. You want to be in the 8-10% range. I’m not sure if your interested in stepping down to a Bighorn trim or not but I just picked one up for $450/mo. $51k MSRP with eTorque hemi, level 2 convenience package, side steps, bed liner, wheel well liners, and mats. Got 8.5% of MSRP plus $4500 in rebates. Probably could have pushed for another 1% or so off MSRP but I was working with a deadline.

Try asking for a discount I’m sure they will agree with it since this is not a cheap purchase.

That’s what I was wondering too. That’s a .1% discount LOL.

That’s a nice truck and I’m definitely considering it. I don’t have the offer in writing but a competing dealer came back @ $540 36/15

I think he got lazy when I told him that I had been offered a similar truck at $640. He got the payment there by taking 6 or 7k off MSRP and must have inflated MF on the back end. When I pointed out that he must not be offering me the correct MF they called and said they were at 540.

We shall see!

Well that’s a 100$ difference try looking for me dealers. If they can give you freebies aside from the discount that will be more appealing.

$540 seems like a really good deal, mind sharing the Dealership?
