Not sure what the sarcasm is about. I do think @trism’s post is sufficiently different from the 10/18 article that’d be worth adding to Leasing 101. Learning how to lease is one thing. Learning how to make the most of the posters’ knowledge here is another. The gap btw theoretical knowledge and concrete real-world application would be bridged better w/ @trism’s post. ::shrug::
Truth be told, the structure and formatting of Leasing 101 isn’t particularly intuitive and could potentially be overwhelming and confusing for a beginner, IMHO.
I personally don’t think anything in Leasing 101 would make sense in the blog, a least as the blog is currently constituted.

I’ve been told off by the community saying the same thing. And I can agree with you reaching out to the dealers on their post and getting back the same results.
