Hey looking for some insight into this deal:
MSRP: 35,785
Sales Price: 34,890
Residual: 64%
12k per year
$368 per month including tax
$400 DAS all others rolled in to monthly
Dealer claims he’s losing $1500?

The vehicle has $300 lease cash and no special money factor. Losing $1500? Probably $1500 deep of being able to pay out commission beyond a mini. Dealer likely has no reason to super-dig on a vehicle from the future - especially if they have a bunch of 2019s left.
Now that the dogsh*t 9AT has been banished on all trims for 2020, I suspect that those 2019’s will need to be deeply discounted to move.
Right. But the numbers don’t add up. 368 on a new model odyssey EX with only 1st month at signing is pretty darn low.
I don’t think you can afford this gorgeous vehicle.
Not sure what you’re implying? Can you elaborate or just let me know what you’re thinking about these numbers?
I would offer $750 a month for this beast.
Wonderful. A troll.
Something about your numbers is very off…
Residual should be 60% and how is $1000 off MSRP a $1500 negative deal…
With the numbers you have above payment should be $495 plus tax, with $400 DAS
Right, agreed. Something seems off. But these are the numbers i was given.
As soon as I get a contract I’ll post it here i guess
Looks like 3k in discount and its a 39 month lease.
Correct. But that justifies the 368 all in monthly payment? As noted above, payments should be at 495
Easy man. Residual looks at 65%. Plug in numbers in calculator.
