2020 Mercedes cls demo

Found a perfect spec’d demo 2020 merc cls, but residual and mf are pretty bad on these. 52% and 2.66% lease rate.

Dealer is offering 13% off msrp, should there be more room on a demo? I got 23% last year on outgoing body style gls, but curious if something like that is reasonable?

Different ballgame, saw someone doing 14% on a new amg got 2019. Different folks different strokes, you shop and see what anyone else has done here or in the cls forums?

Not to many demo cls, will see jets he can be pushed to. Not in a huge rush
