Not enough info, but when I see a payment of 399.99 I automatically assume the worst.

I recommend looking at the bmw deals that some brokers are posting. I would rather do a 3 series for 48k for a lot less
Go read the leasing 101. There’s a lot for you to learn about how leases work if you want to get a good deal.

Keep in mind, this is my first time leasing as I am 20 years old.
All the more reason they take a step back and do some learning before moving forward
Not sure how much incentive is on the CLA as it just came out, but if you look at bmw there are great deals on the 3 series.

This is not a good deal. This CLA has a high DAS at 5K. I’ve already seen a similar deal with only 2K DAS. Does $400 include taxes?
