Man, I miss those Acura rollover miles. If they would just make the TLX in a manual, I would still be with them.
Nice job on the MDX. We were shopping for one of those for my wife back in January and they weren’t doing any discounts/incentives that good.

What’s the selling price before incentives (all of the incentives, not just loyalty)?
Sales guy says “12k discount from $45,525” but that doesnt seem right…payments should be lower no?
What did Edmunds give you for mf/rv/incentives?
Acura tends to provide very large direct-to-dealer lease incentives rather than subvene the mf on their leases so you get big looking discounts but still higher payments.
I believe there’s around $9k in dealer incentives right now and you’re getting $1500 in loyalty, so $10500 of that $12k discount is incentives. That means you’re only getting about $1500 off, which is quite low.
Where do you find the mf/rv/incentives on Edmunds? Sorry, new to this.
You’ll want to head to their forums and find the 2020 mdx thread (or just search 2020 mdx lease Edmunds) and post, asking for the numbers for your trim/zip code/lease term.

This is taking into account the $1,500 loyalty
based on 7,500 miles/yr with a 6k miles roll-over

Not sure why you decided to bump an older Advanced MDX thread when there are many base/Tech threads that are much more recent. Those would also be much more useful for benchmarking purposes.
