*IF the OP even drives the full allowance (which none of my low mileage friends did, even before covid).
The fear of a couple grand in net additional expense from just 3.7k miles seems overblown to me.

You can buy good used GLC43 for that same amount of your lease.
$73K is like a fully loaded GLC43. If you can settle for one only nicely equipped, at $10K less, you would save a nice chunk of that monthly payment.
FWIW You can get one on Rodo right now for $868 (inc NJ tax) with only first month DAS and no MSDs. I think I would take that deal over yours.
