Signed 36m/10K miles per year lease on 2020 lexus ux250h. Knowing there was rebate of 3750 and 1000 loyalty I calculated I should be paying $340 monthly with 340 DAS (with 10% off of MSRP) on this $39050 lexus hybrid.
I offered 350/month to 2 NJ lexus dealers, but they declined to consider it. Reached out to Autoleast brkr, and he found dealer that offered 360x35. DAS=360.
I agreed and got it.

Also where do you find rebate and 1000 loyalty (loyalty means you have been a Lexus owner before)?
