Hello - These are the numbers that I was provided on Edmunds for the RV/MF. I’ve uploaded the lease documents if it helps, however, there was corrections made afterwards, so both documents have to be considered.

I have a current lease deal I’m considering in the new England area for a NX300 Base, MSRP 40,267.00 with a 55% residual, 36mo/10k miles per year at 388/mo with tax included, incentives of 3,250 lexus cash. $1,500 due at signing including first mo payment and all taxes, fees and reg.
@mllcb42
No, I have just signed the lease and was looking for a second advice. This was a little short time for me to go and check out edmunds. It sounds like my residual is at 57 percent and money factor of 0.00105.
One of the key parts of analyzing a deal is to understand what markup on MF is being applied and what incentives are rolled into the discount to make the deal look better than it is. As such, first step should always be to get rv, MF, and incentive information from Edmunds before signing.
@mllcb42 that’s true, first time lessee here, not much familiar with the terms and processes.
I posted the contract to know if it’s decent deal or not…based on numbers…I guess I haven’t done enough due diligence and I am done here.
