On the fence …to lease or purchase in Chicago
2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 4x4
36/15K
Msrp $50,730 ( Dealer on website has their discounted price of $42,800 , I’m sure its rebates i don’t qualify for)
MF .00014%
Residual 50%
$2000 Incentives
What can expect payment to be?..Is this a bad vehicle to lease or purchase?
Thanks
First off, welcome to the community.
Second…https://leasehackr.com/blog?category=Leasing%20101 read this, all of this, then keep reading on the website. No one here is going to spoonfeed you info on an open forum.

Fourth: https://forums.edmunds.com/discussion/58322/jeep/cherokee/2020-jeep-cherokee-lease-deals-and-prices
Fifth: if that seems like a lot of work (it is), reach out to one of the brokers on the forum. You’ll have to find one on your own.
Welcome to Leasehackr!
I have found the vehicle , thats why i posted all the info i had -the msrp, incentives , residual, mf…I just wanted to know what to expect payment wise going into the dealer. Thanks for your help
The terms of the offer should be in the fine print.
Once you have all of the numbers, the LH calculator will calculate the payment for you.
Incentives are likely taxed, so knowing the breakdown between dealer discount and incentives is important to get an accurate lease payment, especially the way leases are taxed in Chicago.
If you get a complete breakdown but have trouble with the calculator, take your best stab and post the calculator link along with all of the numbers and usually someone will pitch in to help you figure it out.
