So is this a deal you already signed or are you wondering if you should take it?

With zero down/drive offs/customer cash and at $200 bucks a month (even before taxes) is a good deal. Not sure of Kona Ev range compared to that of the Bolt (crazy lease deals now) but I think the Kona looks better. But I have seen Bolt Premier’s leasing a bit under and over $200 a month. But at the end of the day, do you want to plug in a car, at least, weekly and worried there is no EV charger around when charge is running low? I have a 2018 Clarity and the EV range is only about 45 miles and with 10 gallons of gas my range increases to 325 miles. But to save gas I have to plug car in every night. Kinda of a pain sometimes when I forget to plug in the night before I drive to work.
If you want to ensure the Kona EV limited is a good deal, go price out a non Kona EV lease and you will quickly find out that the deal is really good.

Range is 260-270 Miles All Electric. This does not even include a 2500 dollar MA Rebate that I apply for after the purchase which would essentially make the first year free.

Thanks, John

I just Signed. Seemed really good but just verifying.

Thanks, John

Congrats! Cheap ride and you probably have equity in it from day one if you ever get sick of it or decide to trade it in.

Its an incredible deal! Congratz!

And the limited has a sunroof which the bolt does not, and a rear doors with more clearance

Can you please share the dealer? Looking for something similar in GA.

What the breakdown of incentives?

Dealer was Newport RI Hyundai. They do not have anymore 2020’s.

I did not get the incentive Breakdown. Just the total unfortunately.

…and You did not sell it yet? LOL Based on personal experience you have more than $2k positive equity on it.

Positive equity on Clariyy will make 2020 Kona EV no more than $120/m.

OP have you started to go insane from the ‘fake motor noise’ and the reverse beeping noise?

It’s under the orange button in the bumper. Takes about 5 mins to ‘fix’

You got a good deal.

I just leased a 2021 Kona EV SEL in Maryland for $201/mth with $2500 DAS including Delaware tax and tags. 36/36K lease. Delaware EV rebate is $2500 which I should get in 8-10 weeks and will cover the DAS. Original offer was $250/mth but told them I wanted to be at $200. NJ dealer I checked wouldn’t go below $250. There are lots of these around right now and pretty good incentives available. You got about $3000 more in incentives than I did. A Limited for me was going to be over $330/mth.

Not quite as good a deal as the Ioniq EV I got in October 2019 but I’ll take it. After my first charge last night the range is showing as 296 miles. Probably because as my friend says, I drive it like an old lady😁

Congratz! And watch the video on how to turn off the ‘VESS’ noise. It saves your sanity.

First thing I did was get rid of the noise. The deals are not that great right now my kid tried to get one and couldn’t anything close to what I got.

Thanks
John

Can you send me the dealer info? I’m casually looking for a cheap EV and the only advertised deal I see in DMV area is the leaf for low $100s with $3k down.

Can you send me the dealer info?

The deal is dead unless you can find a 2020!

Even if you find a 2020 they are not discounting them this much anymore.

Thanks,
John
