So basically you are saying they don’t lease well to begin with and you should only buy it. They are taking $3,000 of sticker. What should I be paying?
Its a twenty eight thousand dollar vehicle. How much do you think the payment is going to be? 199? Hondas are damn good cars.
Some of these responses are pretty immature, and negative.
I feel like people who come on these forums and fling insults are here just for that.
My $400 payment includes tire maintenance, oil changes, and very in depth anti theft protection. I can track my cars GPS, monitor the speed someone drives my car and if someone dings my door etc.
This is my third lease with Honda. I’m a very experienced negotiator. And as far as my wear and tear coverage. Its a good policy to have. It cost me nothing towards my out of pocket insurance at turn in.
Not everyone lives in a rural area and stores their car in a barn. Some of us live in populated cities and shit happens. Cars get dinged just from sitting in a parking lot, or being parked on the street. People can key shiny new cars. Sometimes depending on apartment amenities you have to park in tight spaces or get around poles. Its nearly impossible to keep a car in pristine condition in a large populated city.
And I believe this thread is about a lessee asking about pricing on a car. If you don’t like Hondas keep it to your self and don’t bash other people. Its childish.
With tax incentives I only paid five hundred dollars for tax and title upfront and my first months payment with zero down. Thats pretty damn good for a top tier 2020 Civic. I’ve seen people pay more in taxes and put more down on an EX model. I’m happy with my deal.
Woah guy…not that serious. If you read this forum, you’ll see people paying $4xx for cars over $40K. If you are fine with a similar payment for a $30K Civic, more power to you.
Other dealers in my area are asking $400+ for EX-L and SPORT Accords based on MSRP. Did you see how much a broker was quoting new Honda Pilots with money down under another thread? “$399”
I got a reasonable deal bundled with services on my Civic. And people can post their opinions without projecting insults.
I didn’t say the forum was make believe. I said what you think I should have paid for my car is make believe compared to reality.
I got the best deal in my area at this point in time.
And as I’ve mentioned I’m paying for additional services.
And I paid nothing upfront except reduced taxes and title.
$14580 to lease a $28000 car
with oil changes and tire service and anti theft
thats going to have a trade in value of $18000 towards my next lease
and your point is?
