The car was listed as used/cpo, but i suspected it was loaner since its MY20 with very low mileage, after verifying with the dealer that it is indeed a loaner and leasable i negotiated 16.5% off.
I got to 16.5% off based on other hackers deals posted here where good discounts on new 2020s ranged from 10 to 12% off MSRP

For those asking, The dealership / contact info: Seaside Chevy / Christian (831) 315-8923 Note: My understanding that this was their last 2020 bolt and last loaner.
what was the breakdown of the $16,650 incentives? I thought the incentives were something like $11,750 with Costco (or $13,250 with clean fuel rebate). Even if you stacked all of 'em and qualify for CVRP, I think that’s still $15,250.
$45 a month. That’s much better than the $99 a month I thought these would go for. Last time we saw this type of pricing was on the fiat 500e. Anybody knows what happened to those? Did they get crushed?
That’s the $16650 Incentives Breakdown:
Costco $3,000
Conquest $1500
GM Lease CCR $7250
GM Incremental CCR $2000
CCFR $1500
Bay Area CCR $1400
these are incentives for this month (April 2021) for a 2020 Bolt Premiere.
While shopping, I used edmundsautobytel ( click on More → Incentives and then input the trim & zip) to confirm the incentives.
This was their last 2020 Bolt and last Bolt loaner, i looked on gmcertified.com and autotempest for MY20 cars < 10000mi and only focused ones listed by Chevy dealers (ignored carvana and co), this yielded a list of < 5 in a 200 mi radius, emailed the dealers to check the price before incentives and confirm that it was indeed a loaner and leasable.
