2020 Bolt EV 120V to 240V Charging Question during Travel

I plan to visit Bishop, CA next week with a GM loaner 2020 Chevy Bolt EV. The place I booked, has a 220V outlet but expects me to get my own charging cable

I know the 2020 Bolt came only with the 120V charging cable but you can likely make it work with an adapter (link) (I still need to arrange for the adapter)
However, using with an adapter seems to work but its not what the charging cable is rated for (240V), so you can use it at your own risk.

Any suggestions if others have been on the same situation before and what you did/recommend?

Either pay for a level 3 charging nearby or ask your dealer if they can loan you a 220v charger. I will not use the 120v charger and plug it in 240v. The risk is not worth the amount you pay for EV charging.
