he said he can’t do anything better than it. and if I like 12k miles it have to be 825.
I don’t know about BMW negotiations but I do have a friend who comes from a car family and grew up in the Rio Grande valley. Buying luxury cars there is tough cause there is zero competition. They would often plan family events in Dallas or Houston when they could buy a car and would have extra drivers to drive it back. Just a consequence of living there.
In this case, you are shopping one dealership and than you are 2.5 hours from the lone BMW store in San Antonio and 3 hours from the closest dealership in Houston. The dealer knows you want this car and getting it elsewhere is going to be a big PITA. I would talk to the broker above, decide if you would rather save the money and or if you want to move forward with current deal to close the process quickly.
