So I walked away from the last deal because it was no good.
I’m working with a different dealer now and this is what they’re offering me now on a 2020 X3 M. This is in Florida.
Please let me know your input.

$918 monthly is WAY too high. A good deal would be $6xx. You’re discount is decent, not amazing. Not sure where they are screwing you without all the info but somethings not kosher, payment shouldn’t be that high.
How many miles per year? Looks like they didn’t offer base money factor.
Based on? You can’t just make a statement like that lmao. Taxes, current market condition and incentives can make somebody’s deal at $600 look like a steal and somebody else’s $600 deal look average.
10% pre incentive discount, maybe push for 12? Tough to say market is kinda of tight on these.
Actually, realistically, the best OP can do is about 1% better in the discount (not accounting for MF or anything). Dealers are completely maxxed at 11% on these. Especially with $0 at signing it won’t be anywhere near the $600s.
What incentives do you qualify for? Have you confirmed buy rate MF/Res and incentives on Edmunds?
Looks like 12K/year. Is that what you need/want? Most lease examples advertised are 7500 or 10k/year.
Yea, the “$600s” you see on X3M’s are pre-tax, max MSDs, etc. Certainly not $0 DAS.
We qualify for loyalty, and college graduate discounts. What other discounts can I qualify for? I will take a look at edmunds shortly.
I will also verify the MF but residual I believe it says there it’s @ 56%.
You would actually have the following:
$3500 lease cash
$1500 loyalty
$1000 college grad
Yes. RV is 56% on 12k
Thanks for the heads up, I just told them about this.
From what I’m reading, base MF should be @ .00145 correct?
Base MF is 0.00099 this month.
They are probably writing this deal at .00119
Thank you, this forum rocks.
You are welcome. I am also looking for an X3 deal now. I see that the discount you have pre incentive is slightly a little over 10%. I don’t know about the market situation in FL. Maybe you could look at what the brokers provide in this forum. They might be able to give you better deals (seems 12.5% off MSRP from @nyclife). Of course, you also need to consider shipping and broker fee.
I thought there was no college grad on M cars.
Model by model basis maybe?
I have stacked before. Have to burn that money somewhere!
I have stacked before. Dealership kept saying it cant be done on a CS until they were proved wrong. Have them make a call to Financial Services to clear it up.
Makes sense, dealers aren’t as smart as they think they are, I asked a bunch on m5’s and got no quite often.
Same. One dealership tried to show me on their system how it wouldnt stack and wouldnt budge. I asked the GM to call FS and they came back saying this is a first we didnt know etc. I guess it is a bit ironic as their assumption is someone graduating recently isnt trying to get into an M car but hey if its there to take them why not take advantage of it. $1000 is $1000 end of the day.
