I’m looking to lease a bmw x1 and I would like your inputs on the following offer from the dealer.
The vehicle is 2020 bmw x1
MSRP: 41050
Selling Price: 37998
Rebates: 2750 (lease incentive + loyalty)
I’m trying to get some reduction in the selling price and use the current BMW OL (Drive to end Hunger) code. Do you think this deal is good?

Shoot for 11-12% off before incentives. ~13% with OL would be good. Do MSDs.
Is 11-12% off before incentives achievable all year round or do you suggest it only because it’s the year end?

It’s not just you! The discount is low. You should be pushing 10-12%. However, big props to the dealer for not marking up the MF!
I would email multiple dealers (note the base MF in these emails) and let them compete with each other. When I negotiated my X1 last month I started at 8% discount and ended up at 13.8% so it can be done.
you still have 12days to end of jan. contact more dealer for better deal. Still there is dealer witll give you more disc than 8%
