It may be a bit difficult for someone to bite on this considering there’s deals thru brokers for a brand new M5 with a similar msrp (slightly higher) for about $100-150 less per month with $0 down.

with 0 down and 0 MSDs ? (open to feedback)

What’s the $1525 incentive? Is that the cost of ceramic coating? The monthly payment and effective payment are the same so I’m guessing that.

This should go quick in SAL easily.

Exactly, a payment in the $1200’s is definitely a good deal and in line for a $0 DAS $0 MSD deal.

So the payment for the car is 1277.85 and then with the 1525 incentive it brings it down 1227 Monthly

The post incentive price is different than pre incentive price.

Yes, the car is on SAL

Since a few people asked:
$113k msrp
$1,176 per month with $0 DAS and no MSD
$1,117 per month with 7 MSD
