2020 BMW M4 CS lease

I have a question about leasing a M4 CS in Melbourne red with executive package. The following is what I have negotiated with the dealer. The question is whether this is a good deal or not. Thx in advance for any help/advice!!

MRSP: $110,365
Adjusted price with rebates and discounts: $86,116
Money down: 0 dollars
Mileage: 15,000
Money Factor: .00118
Lease duration 36 months / $988 per month
Lease duration 24 months/ $922 per month

Have you tried reaching out to a broker on here or comparing it to the deals they have offered?

No I haven’t. Just been reading old posts and thought I would ask the question from those who may have more experience

what’s the full breakdown? selling price before incentives? incentives?

If a broker can beat it, go with the broker. But you’ll probably take the broker deal to the dealership and ask them to match for the convenience? Choices.

I echo the above - need more details. You may also want to change your title to M4 CS. There’s also an M2 CS.

Yes changed to M4 CS. Dealer discount was $ 23,000 with $1250.00 for BMW loyalty. Adjusted price was $86,115. They didn’t report any other charges. Drive off for 15,000 mile lease is $988 per month with no additional fees. Not sure if that is the info you need?

is this with tax or without tax

It includes taxes

15,000 miles per year in a car with no armrests sounds pretty miserable.

That said, here’s an estimated calculator: leasehackr.com/calculator?make=BMW&miles=15000&msd=0&msrp=110365&sales_price=88866&months=36&mf=.00118&dp=988&dealer_fee=299&acq_fee=925&taxed_inc=2750&untaxed_inc=0&rebate=0&resP=57&reg_fee=400&sales_tax=7&demo_mileage=0&memo=M4%20CS&zero_driveoff=true&monthlyTax_radio=true

Looks like it’s around 19.5% off, which is very aggressive. Better than any recent deals I’ve seen on here. I would go for it if you like the car.

Ya from the research I have done on line the lease deal seems fairly good but I definitely appreciate the feedback
Thx

Looks like a good deal with eveything in it. My 2 cents, I would do a CS lease at 2 yrs / 12k a year (mid $800mo payment) and get into a 2022 M3/M4 after.

I would pull on this. Solid front-end discount.

That is a thought. I am thinking of keeping car for track (maybe) after the lease is up. I didn’t really like the appearance of the new M4 (grille in particular) from spy shots of the car. Also will be switching to AWD per report. I think it may make the current CS a bit more special

Thx. Appreciate the feedback!

I have a good feeling the CS won’t hold value just as any modern M car doesn’t. Look at the M4 GTS from 2016. Those were selling $50-70k over sticker upon release and now no one really cares for them and can be had for $70-75k with low miles ($130k msrp).
I can definitely see this a fun weekend/track car though. But if you’re looking to buy, buying at the end of lease never makes sense. Buy used/cpo when it depreciates.

That’s true re: GTS. I guess CPO is a good idea. I just think sometimes the M4’s in particular take a thrashing vs for instance a Porsche

Ya of course. It’s a lot easier to get into a BMW vs Porsche. Porsche as a manufacturer is another level up from BMW even M division. Not to say a M4 is bad, it’s a great sports car which is why they’re so popular. Add in a price that people can swallow adds to the popularity of it. A new Carrera S lease is double if not triple what a M4 goes for.

Believe me I know. I looked at the Porsche carrera S as a lease. Much more for sure. Porsche is a great car but I am not a Porsche die hard who believe it’s a Porsche or nothing. I want a fun car that I can daily drive maybe track it and sit in it and look at it and feel that it’s special. CS (for me) does that

So I asked about 2 year/24,000 and the lease actually went up to $1103 per month from $988 per month for 3 yr/36,000. I thought it would go down?
