After talking to multiple dealers across the northeast region this is what I got so far. The dealer is willing to do 12% off on MSRP.

I am not entirely sure if customer cash rebates and incentives are taxed or untaxed. Let me know if anybody knows about it?

Note: In VA, taxes are paid on the entire selling price.

There are a lot of deals on M340i’s on the forums these days. Make sure to check those out.

12% is a good discount on a custom-order M340i. Your payment is higher because of the Virginia tax issue and the 15k/year residual hit, but given that you have a solid discount and the MF isn’t jacked up, it’s probably as good as you’re going to get.
