2020 BMW M340i lease 499/month incl tax and msd

Currently at the dealership here in the LA county and they are stating that the MF is 0.00168… based on my research it should be 0.00128.

MSRP 58235
Sale price 52993 (9%)
RV 60%
MF 0.00168 (this doesn’t sound right)
Incentives
Graduate 1000
OL code 500+500
Lease credit 1000
Loyalty 2000

Zero due at signing,
But they are quoting me 650/month… Is this right??

UPDATE:
Summary of final negotiated deal

MSRP 58235
Sale price 52200 (10.4% before incentives)
RV 60%
MF 0.00128
incentives 4000 (credit, grad, loyalty)

MSD 3500
DAS 2406 (decided to pay the acquisition fees, registration, etc. up front)

Was able to get $499/month (includes tax)

Get them to base MF .00128 and 10-11% off MSRP before incentives. That with full 1k off on the OL Code, add MSDs and you’re there.

Thanks for verifying my thoughts on the MF as well as the additional tips!

Good luck, it’s a great ride.

I pushed for a selling price of 51750 and MF 0.00128. but they don’t want to give the 500 dealer incentive from the OL code.

Waiting to see from them if they’re willing to go with the deal

If it doesn’t work out with that dealer, that selling price and base MF will be possible at another dealer.

Just want to say, that car is so phenomenal. Good luck with lease!

They are sneaking in something called a tire fee… This does not sound standard. Thoughts?

$8 or so? Welcome to California.

500 bucks on top of sale price

$500 tire fee? Ask them where they’re putting the extra set of tires

In the back of (their) truck.

I went back and forth with them… It only affects my monthly payment by 21 cents, so at this point I’ll let it slide.

I added 7 MSD and decided to pay the acquisition, dmv, tax upfront… bringing my payment to 493/month.

Boom! Looks like a deal!

$500 doesn’t make a difference of 21 cents, so there’s confusion on one side or the other

It’s a ca fee of less than $10 for the environment

Unless I misinterpreted it… I will keep an eye out for any weird numbers when signing

What is $500 divided by 36? Certainly not 21 cents

Yeah, I noticed that too… I’m going to walk out if our negotiated agreement is not on paper.

There is a legit state tire fee of about $8. That would be about 21 cents per month. A fee of $500 sounds bogus, and probably is some type of tire insurance.
