I’m looking for some feedback on this lease deal. Any advice is must appreciated!

or, I have a loaner 2019 X7 40i xDrive with Premium Package (Original MSRP is $81,745 with selling price of $74,427. 4500 miles) negotiated where if I do $7k in MSD, with a 10K mile allowance and nothing additional down, my payment is $975/month. I don’t have much details on this deal.

They are from two different dealerships. What do you guys think? Which one seems a better deal?

The 740i seems to be a much better deal, but it’s kinda irrelevant. Do you want a sedan or a school bus?

I need to put three car seats in the back. I got a better deal on X7 now. No MSD, no money down at $936 with 10k miles. I countered at $900. Waiting for an answer.

The trunk in my 740 is a lot smaller then I expected. With 3 kids I would go with the x7…

Also look for 2019 740s. They’re discounted more and I think they look better. I Hate the grill on the 2020

Im assuming that you have capital to be able to spend this kinda cash on luxury items. If so, then why not do MSDs and get a risk free 10% ROI over 3 years? Unless you think SP500 or your Apple stock investment that safely beat that?

It not deep at all. Sure it’s long and wide. I’ve owned other full size sedans that seemed to have much more space.

Brokers here have much better deals on X7’s. Test drive both, see which you like better and fits your lifestyle better. IMO I’d take the X7 with some captains chairs in the back.

I would go for the X7 if you need to fit 3 car seats back there, you probably also need room for 3 strollers too.
