Decided to go with a leftover 2020 540i that was pretty loaded up, and had all the packages I wanted (hard to find without a custom order, but my CA was able to trade for one). I asked for $4k below invoice (inclusive of OL code) before incentives, which I thought would give me a better LeaseHackr score, but it seems I didn’t even hit 10!

It was probably a bad sign when the dealership said yes without a counter. Still, I was happy with it considering it was in the Bay Area, and it saved me from doing the usual SoCal trek.

Almost 12% on a new unit in this environment is really good. Nice work.

Congrats! That’s not bad at all. That 9.75% tax is painful, though.
