Looking at sq5 lease as well. Received offer on 2020 sq5 prem+ 64625 msrp, 39m/10k miles for 725/mo, 2k total down includes first month and eating last 2 payments of 589 on my Jeep. Good deal?
both of these are missing so many components to evaluate the deal. like the other poster said, we need incentives, pre-incentive discount, RV/MF, etc

My bad, yours did have it but the other post is missing it. what about the other stuff? incentives? pre-incentive discount? try plugging it into the LH calculator
I did that it came out to $642 with 1200 drive off. I tried telling them that, but they arent biting.
No one is “eating” your last two Jeep payments. Your discount is either reduced by that amount or it is being rolled into the new lease. I would strongly suggest doing more research and waiting till your current lease is up. Are you aware the 2021 Q5 is a redesigned model?

Pre incentive discount was 2250
this is like pulling teeth even though we’re trying to help you. sounds like you meant 2250 was the incentives, which means they gave you around 6750 of pre-incentive discount (dealer discount). If so that’s about 10% which is pretty good. did you check the edmunds sq5 forum to see what the buy rate MF is? they might be marking it up
