2020 Audi Q7 Premium 55 TFSI

I have usually go into the dealer with a bottom price in mind and usually negotiated the price.
if its not in my range, I have walked away, I usually don’t go back to the same dealer. I try my negotiation at another dealer.

your thoughts on this. do you negotiate a price and if its not getting anywhere , come back another day.
I have tried that in the past, but most often the dealers have amnesia and I have to remind and repeat the same all over again.

does anyone know of any dealer cash that can be added to the audi q7

I never go into a dealer to negotiate, so there’s no come back another day

interesting, so it’s all over the phone? and do you get a written commitment before you step in dealer?

There is no dealer cash on Q7 just the 1k loyalty.

It’s all over email

how am I doings far

Much better

Good stuff. Recall, it’s always great to share your pre-incentive discount and the MF in your deal. Sometimes a dealer will give you a bigger pre-incentive discount and take some of the discount back by marking up the MF. Also, a dealer may throw in some add-ons to take back some of your discount. Keep your eyes open.

If you share your “lease worksheet” we can look at your overall deal.

Good luck.

in NJ there is there a luxury tax on cars above 45,000 MSRP or MPG lower than 19, is this a scam

0.4% lux tax on car according to nj.gov

Google

thanks, I see it now

what’s a reasonable document fee . personally I think 0$ is reasonable
but some dealers re using it as a profit margin. I will play along and keep that in mind when negotiating

Do you have any premium plus for under $70K MSRP?

Who is this directed at?

that depends on the local laws. Some states are not capped- if I recall, FL is known for that.

In CA, my 2 eTrons:

1st deal: $30 electronic filing fee, $8.75 Tire fee (weird- no tax on docoumentation + acquisition fees)
2nd deal: $85 documentation fee, $30 electronic filing fee and then $8.75 CA Tire fee, Tax on docoumentation + acquisition fees.

[Which now mostly explains why the Drive Offs ($2955 vs $3086) where different despite same $74875 MSRP- which is something I didn’t understand.]
