It’s ok, you’re getting what anyone else can get (Costco + incentives). Did you make sure the MF isn’t marked up? Honestly you can get an SQ5 for not much more $ per month since the RV is so much better
What other possible discounts I missed here? The only one I am aware which I usually hear is the “1% dealer contribution”. The cheapest QS with same packages as Q5 should be around ~62k to be similar in monthly payment. I couldn’t find QS at that MSRP price
What’s a few bucks more a month to have a much better driving car? 
You could see if the dealer will go beyond Costco’s 10%, but yeah, it’s not a given. Yeah you won’t find a SQ5 at that MSRP since it’s a more expensive car. Certainly your call on which car to get, just wanted to let you know you can get much more for your $ with the SQ5 bc of the better residuals
